As of Friday, May 25, 2018, new legislation applies regarding the retention and protection of personal data. This concerns the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Transparency is one of the most important parts of this. Therefore, we have created this privacy statement to tell you how we handle your data when you use our website and newsletter.

NEWSLETTER

You can subscribe to our newsletter. This subscription can be canceled at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Your e-mail address will be added to the list of subscribers only with your permission. This data will be kept for three months after the subscription is canceled.

Communication with other companies or institutions: under no circumstances will we give your personal data to other companies or institutions.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small files where we can store information so you don't have to fill it in again. They also allow us to see when you visit us again. When you visit our website www.museumhilversum.nl for the first time, we will display a message explaining the use of cookies. Here we will ask for your agreement to the use of these cookies. Google Analytics

We gebruiken Google Analytics om bij te houden hoe bezoekers onze website gebruiken. We hebben een verwerkersovereenkomst met Google. Hierin staan strikte afspraken over wat ze mogen bijhouden. We hebben Google niet toegestaan de verkregen Analytics informatie te gebruiken voor andere Google diensten. We laten Google alle IP-adressen anonimiseren.

SECURITY

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our website. We have a processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to track. We have not allowed Google to use the information obtained from Analytics for other Google services. We have Google anonymize all IP addresses.

When our website changes, we may also change the privacy statement. So always note the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to state changes clearly and, if necessary, also announce them separately.
